Welcome to the Dry Creek Home Owners Association (HOA) Website.

The HOA is made up of 62 homes encompassing Dry Creek Road, Rye Ct, Alfalfa Ct and Timothy Place. It also includes the open space which the houses on Timothy Place and Dry Creek Rd back onto. The HOA was originally formed as Johnson Farms in August of 1985 and then amended to Dry Creek HOA in 1992.

The purpose of this website is to provide you with information about the HOA and its bylaws as well as events that are happening over the next year. There is also a Community section to the site which was created for you, the members of the HOA, to interact with each other. In this section, there is an opportunity to profile your business or anything you would like to promote to other members. We're all about keeping it local! There is also a social forum page for starting discussions or contributing ideas relevant to the HOA you would like feedback on. Or feel free to use the social forum to advertise something you'd like to sell or buy.

The members of the current Board of Directors are listed on the second tab as well as details about the role it serves our community. The HOA meets quarterly. If you'd like to volunteer on the board please Contact us. For all documents relating to the HOA such as covenants, budgets or dues notices, please visit the Information page.

Feel free to browse the site and let us know what you think by sending us a message from the Contact page. We welcome your feedback, questions or suggestions.
